About Viv Thompson
Photography has been an interest and growing passion for me, for as long as I can remember. As I've got older and acquired the luxury of having more time, I spend much of my time taking photographs. On rainy days, I will be editing and perhaps adding an artistic painterly touch to them, using the various digital software packages I have. My subjects tend to be landscapes from various travels around the world. Nature and wildlife are also a particular passion of mine. Other times, I find buildings and structures that are of interest; old buildings or bridges perhaps. Like all good photographers, I look for the angle or detail which the casual viewer might miss. I've been fortunate to have sold photographic images in various formats...
