I am 37 years old at the time of writing this. I have always enjoyed taking photos, but only with a compact until July 2009 when I first picked up my Dad's DSLR and have been hooked ever since. I love photography and although it can really be a hobby that requires patience I actually find it very calming. I started off shooting with an Olympus E500 but now have a Canon 7D
